Our food philosophy focuses on fresh, seasonal, organic ingredients. We purchase the freshest seafood from local fishermen as they return from the ocean each morning, and source tropical fruits and organic farm produce from our neighbours. Farm to fork, with almost no food miles involved.
Our chef will curate a menu during your stay, fusing traditional Zanzibari cuisine with international influences. Every dish will have subtle yet intense flavours; not for nothing is Zanzibar known as the Spice Island.

Enjoy dinner in our indoor dining room, breakfast on the ground floor terrace, or afternoon tea on our breezy upstairs patio, cocktails at the sandy beach baraza by the pool, or a snack on the Dolat deck or in the garden.
